Important Message regarding PY2026 & PY2027 Certification Training
Completing the PY2027 Georgia Access Certification Training does not satisfy the requirements for PY2026.
To assist consumers with PY2026 coverage, you must complete the PY2026 Georgia Access Certification Training.
The PY2027 training allows you to assist consumers enrolling in coverage for Plan Year 2027.

2027 Agency Administrator Staff Training
As a new agent administrator, you are required to complete the Agent Administrator Training for PY 2027. To complete certification training, you must then pass the final assessment with a minimum score of 80%.
