Important Message regarding PY2026 & PY2027 Certification Training
Completing the PY2027 Georgia Access Certification Training does not satisfy the requirements for PY2026.
To assist consumers with PY2026 coverage, you must complete the PY2026 Georgia Access Certification Training.
The PY2027 training allows you to assist consumers enrolling in coverage for Plan Year 2027.
If you need the PY2026 certification training added to your profile or have questions about which training you should complete, please contact the Georgia Access support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include the email address you used to register for your LMS account.
Please allow (1) business day for the PY2026 certification training to be added to your profile.
2027 Agent Certification Training
As a new agent, you are required to complete the Agent Training for PY 2027. To complete certification training, you must then pass the final assessment with a minimum score of 80%.
