To begin, select your assigned certification training below. 

To complete certification, you must: 

• Complete the required training 
• Pass the final assessment with a score of 80% or higher 
• Sign the certification agreement 

 You may retake the final assessment as many times as needed. You are not certified until all required steps are complete. 

After completing certification training, visit the Resource Library for materials, forms, job aids, and other helpful resources related to your role. Resources will be updated throughout the year, so check back regularly for new materials.
